Eastfields

  • There was a 51.3% response rate on Eastfields achieved with the views of 218 residents collected.
  • Overall 59.8% of resident households agree and 23.4% disagree that the regeneration is for the best for themselves and their household. 68.9% agree and 16.7% disagree that regeneration is for the best for the neighbourhood overall.

 

High Path

  • There was a 51.1% response rate on High Path achieved with the views of 302 residents collected.
  • On High Path, 51.5% of resident households agree that the regeneration is for the best for their household and 25.2% disagree. Over half (58.6%) agree that it is for the best for High Path and 23.7% disagree.

Ravensbury

  • There was a 59.7% response rate on Ravensbury achieved with the views of 114 residents collected.

As not all properties in Ravensbury are being considered for regenerated, the responses for Ravensbury were further segmented.

Resident households in the regeneration area includes Ravensbury residents living in Orlit homes and other homes identified for possible demolition.

  • 45.8% of resident households in the regeneration area agree that regeneration is for the best for their household and 34.7% disagree. A similar proportion (43.1%) of resident households in the regeneration area agree it is best for the neighbourhood overall and 34.7% disagree.

Resident households to be refurbished includes Ravensbury residents living in a home which is due to be improved and not demolished.

  • 36% of resident households to be refurbished agree that regeneration is for the best for their household and 44% disagree. 44% of resident households to be refurbished agree and 32% disagree that it is best for Ravensbury overall.
